Do you Travel?
I am willing to travel throughout all of WV and southern PA. Please be sure to discuss travel with me before booking a session, as there may be limitations depending on the time of year!
Do you do weddings?
To put it simply: no! Weddings are the only specific service that I cannot offer at this time. I understand that wedding photography/videography is a major time commitment, and my current schedule would not allow me to fulfill this commitment to the best of my ability. Sorry!
How long have you been doing this?
I have been doing photography and videography seriously for 4 years. It has always been a hobby, but now it is my career.
How many photos do we get?
Photo galleries generally range from 30-50 photos. However, I am never one to withhold good images! This can be further discussed with me on an individual basis.
How do we get our photos?
My primary mode of photo delivery is Google Drive. I will send you a shareable Google Drive link containing only the photos which I have edited. I do not deliver RAW images.
Do you retouch photos?
I do not retouch photos beyond removal of small blemishes or bruises. Any other editing will only alter things such as color and/or lighting.
Whats your turn around time?
My general turn around time for photos is between 1-3 weeks after photos are taken. If you feel there should be an exception made, let's talk! I will never promise to return edited photos in less than 5 days.
For videos (i.e. a hype reel), a finished product should not be expected less than 5-6 weeks after the initial shoot. This, unlike photos, is a strict rule due to the length of the video editing process.
How do we book you?
To book me, email me at tlovemedia.wv@gmail.com. I will be able to respond to you fastest from this inbox. PLEASE DO NOT USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER TO BOOK! I have had several issues with not receiving notifications from this application and therefore try to avoid it.
How far out do you book?
I would prefer sessions to be booked with me no less than 1-2 weeks in advance.
Will you shoot scheduled events?
Concerts and sports games are some of my favorite things to shoot. If you have a previously scheduled event that you would like me to film or photograph, do let me know the specific date and time, and I will do my best to work with you on this.
How can we pay you?
I accept payments through cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. These are the only options that I can offer at this time.
I require (at least) a 50% down payment on the day of shoot. The other 50% of this payment should be given to me on the day your photos are delivered.
